Your first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what feels heavy or confusing, and what you hope might change. It’s also a time to ask questions and see if this feels like a good fit.
For mothers and women, our first meeting offers space to slow down and begin exploring your needs with care. For children, sessions are designed to help them feel safe and comfortable as we get to know each other through conversation or play.
Together, we’ll begin shaping a path toward healing that feels right for you.

No. Working outside of insurance networks allows me to focus entirely on your care, not on diagnostic labels or limited session approvals. This gives us the freedom to set a pace and focus that best supports your healing.
If you would like to work with your insurance on your own, I can provide you with a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance company to inquire about OON (out of network) benefits for mental health.
